Coach collaboration & development records
Parent-controlled invitations, private sessions and version-specific reviews.
What the parent shares
A parent or legal guardian may invite a trainer using the email associated with the trainer’s signed-in adult account. Creating the invitation requires a separate affirmative permission. After the trainer accepts, they can see the athlete’s name, division, position and team, plus current and earlier training sessions, weekly plans and their review histories. Other account details, the parent’s birth date, profile photos, uploaded profile videos and the rest of the Premium portfolio are not granted by this invitation. These development records are not added to public directories.
The trainer’s access
A connected trainer can add sessions and plans, edit their own records and review parent-approved records. They cannot edit the athlete profile, approve records as the parent, invite others or remove records. Collaboration is free; a business directory advertising subscription is separate. The trainer must already be able to access this Site. No invitation email is sent automatically. The parent shares the Coach Hub link directly; invitations expire after 14 days if not accepted.
Approval, review and corrections
Each new or edited record requires parent approval before coach review. A review identifies the registered adult trainer and the review date, and preserves the version reviewed. Editing the record clears its earlier approvals and reviews; prior versions remain in its audit history. Reviewing a weekly plan does not certify that its goals were completed. Trainer verification describes the trainer’s observation or evidence review; it does not independently verify their identity documents, qualifications, background or the athlete’s performance, and it does not award an official Athlete Growth ranking.
Removing access and retaining history
The parent can remove pending invitations or connected trainer access from My trainers. New requests from that trainer then lose access to this development workspace. Removing access does not recall third-party copies or remove historical reviews. Removing a session or plan hides it from the workspace; the audit history is retained for safety and account requests. Use Contact & requests for a privacy, correction or deletion request.
Evidence and safe use
Only share material you are authorized to share. External evidence links follow their providers’ access settings and may be copied by an authorized viewer. Do not include a child’s contact information, home address, medical information or precise private schedule. Communication remains between registered adults; this feature creates no child account or private adult-child messaging. Plans and reviews are not medical clearance, injury treatment or a promise of recruitment.
