Terms of use
Adult accounts, athlete profiles and responsible use.
Adult accounts
Athlete Growth accounts are for adults age 18 or older. Register with your full name, authenticated email and your own date of birth. Use accurate information and protect your sign-in. Minors may not create accounts or use an adult’s login to manage profiles. Choosing an affiliate role does not grant authority over a child.
Authority over each athlete
Only the athlete’s parent or legal guardian with legal authority may create or manage their profile. When saving a profile, you confirm that authority and that you have the necessary rights and permissions for its photos, videos and other content. An organization or coach does not automatically have this authority. Do not upload content depicting other identifiable children without the permissions needed from their representatives and the content creator.
Choose the audience
New profiles default to “Only me.” Choosing “Private preview members” authorizes display of the saved profile fields and uploaded media to people who have access to this preview. Visible gallery items follow the profile audience. You may change the audience by editing the profile. Shared viewers may copy content; Athlete Growth cannot recover third-party copies. Sharing a profile does not authorize promotional campaigns, sale of images, AI training or facial identification.
Optional trainer collaboration
Development sharing is a separate choice from profile visibility. A parent may grant a named adult trainer access to the athlete summary, sessions and weekly plans through an email-bound invitation. The parent can remove this access. Read Coach collaboration & development records for the scope, approval process and retained history.
Content and conduct
Provide honest information and distinguish estimates from verified results. Do not publish a child’s phone number, email, home address, full birth date, identity documents, precise location, medical records or private schedules. Harassment, bullying, threats, sexualized content involving children, grooming, impersonation, fraudulent claims, scraping and commercial trading of children’s information are prohibited.
Your content rights
You keep your rights in your content. You authorize Athlete Growth to store, process for presentation and display it only within the audience you select. This does not transfer ownership or authorize advertising. A parent’s permission to use a child’s likeness does not establish ownership of a photographer’s work, video or soundtrack.
Development, not promises
The service helps families document athletic development and find sports organizations. It does not promise scholarships, recruitment, contracts, team selection or improvements in performance. Athlete Growth is not a medical service or sports agent. Organizations operate independently unless expressly identified otherwise. A listing is not a background check or safety endorsement.
Assessments and payment
Demo athletes are fictional. Parent-provided data and independently reviewed assessments must remain distinguishable. Premium and affiliate participation do not buy ratings or ranking advantages. Paid Premium enrollment is not open. Selecting Premium preview does not start a subscription or charge you.
Safety and complaints
We may restrict content or access to address safety, fraud or unlawful activity. Urgent restrictions may occur before notice. Use Contact & requests for corrections, privacy, copyright or safety concerns. Internal reporting does not replace contacting authorities or legally required reports. Do not submit illegal explicit images through the request form.
Changes and legal rights
Account acceptance and athlete permissions are recorded with their policy version. New optional uses require appropriate new permissions. These preview terms do not waive a child’s injury claims, impose mandatory arbitration or exclude rights that cannot legally be waived. Operator identification, formal notices and final commercial provisions remain part of the founder’s legal review before public launch.
