Free profile, paid directory visibility
Adults may create and save one coach business profile free. It stays private until Athlete Growth confirms an actual listing payment and approves the current profile. The advertising plan is $9.99 USD per month, separate from lesson prices. Once paid enrollment opens and the coach expressly authorizes recurring payment at checkout, the subscription automatically renews monthly until cancelled. This is an ongoing subscription, not a one-time month of advertising. Profile edits require content approval again; an existing paid period does not restart.
Payment and approval
Recurring billing is not connected, so paid enrollment is not open. Saving advertising interest creates no subscription and authorizes no charge. The coach must separately authorize recurring payment at checkout after the provider is connected. Checkout will show the full amount, any applicable taxes, monthly frequency and first charge date. Profile creation and accepting general terms do not authorize recurring billing. Payment records are private. Approval concerns the listing content and does not represent a background check, license verification or an endorsement of coaching competence. If the service cannot provide a purchased period, contact Athlete Growth about the unprovided portion; mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
Cancellation
After paid launch, coaches must be able to cancel online through their account before the next renewal to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period; visibility remains through that period unless suspended for a policy violation. Account creation stays free. During this preview, Cancel advertising request withdraws interest only because there is no active subscription. Refund requests may be submitted through Contact & requests; mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
Professional information and contact
Use accurate expertise, experience, biography, business contact details, location, schedule, session prices and class terms. Upload only an authorized adult professional portrait. Do not use children’s photos or private information. Published business contacts are intended for parents and guardians; do not privately solicit or message minors. Do not claim credentials or screening that you cannot substantiate.
Classes are independent services
The coach supplies lesson details, prices, cancellations and payment terms and is responsible for qualifications, applicable licensing, insurance, safeguarding and delivery. Parents arrange lessons directly. Athlete Growth does not book classes or collect lesson fees through this directory. No scholarships, results, safety guarantee or volume of customers is promised.
Ratings and moderation
The rating is the average of visible parent-submitted reviews, with the review count shown. Reviews display the registered adult’s full name with their affirmative permission; aliases and anonymous reviews are not allowed. Reviewers must register, confirm a real parent or guardian experience and avoid children’s private information. Attendance is not independently verified. No self-rating, fake reviews or undisclosed paid endorsements. Payment cannot increase a rating or remove legitimate criticism. Coach owners cannot delete other adults’ reviews; safety or policy concerns go through Contact & requests. Reviews remain stored when listing visibility expires.
